Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed
  • 1 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar optional
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Spray the inside of a crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder, then place them in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • In a bowl, combine barbecue sauce, Italian dressing, light brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until mixed.
  • Pour sauce mixture over the chicken breasts and cover with the lid.
  • Cook on high for 150-180 minutes or low for 300-360 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Shred the chicken in the crockpot if desired and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Adjust sweetness by modifying brown sugar amount.
