Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb gnocchi (shelf-stable, refrigerated, or frozen) Regular, cauliflower, or sweet potato variety
  • 1 – 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil Can substitute with garlic-infused oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 – 3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan Use freshly grated for best flavor

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390°F and lightly grease the basket with olive oil spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Place the seasoned gnocchi into the preheated basket in a single layer, avoiding overlap for the crispiest results.

Cooking

  • For shelf-stable and refrigerated gnocchi, air fry at 390°F for 11 – 14 minutes, shaking the basket every 4 to 5 minutes until golden.
  • For frozen gnocchi, air fry for 13 – 16 minutes, using the same shaking technique.
  • Once they are beautifully golden and crispy, serve immediately.
  • Garnish with extra parmesan cheese and fresh parsley for a burst of flavor.

Notes

If you have leftovers, allow the gnocchi to cool and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. To reheat, air fry at 350°F for a few minutes until crispy.
