Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: dash of cayenne or a squeeze of lemon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry and brush with olive oil.
  • Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and any optional spices.
  • Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • If desired, flip halfway through cooking and spritz with extra oil.

Notes

You can use frozen chicken, just add a couple of extra minutes for cooking time. For even more crunch, try adding panko or crushed cornflakes after seasoning.
