  • 1 cup Heavy cream Can use dairy-free alternative.
  • Salt to taste Salt Season according to preference.

  • Optional Grated Parmesan cheese For topping, adds extra richness.

Instructions
 

Cooking Gnocchi

  • Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

Sautéing Vegetables

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.

Combining Ingredients

  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  • Add the cooked gnocchi and crumbled feta cheese to the skillet.
  • Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  • Stir well and cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
  • Serve warm, optionally topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
