Preparation

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and granulated sugar. Whisk until smooth and slightly airy.
  • Add celery seed, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Serving

Notes
