Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts or tenderloins
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 cup optional: broccoli florets or mushrooms for veggies
  • to garnish fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
  • Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and paprika in a bowl.
  • Place chicken in baking dish, cover with sauce mixture.
  • Top with shredded cheddar and optional veggies.
  • Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until chicken is cooked and cheese is golden.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Swap sour cream for Greek yogurt for healthier version. Add cooked rice below chicken for casserole style. Use different cheeses for variety.
