Preparation

  • Spread the cream cheese evenly over the tortillas.
  • Sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon of everything seasoning.
  • Roll up the tortillas and cut into 1-inch pieces.

Cooking

  • In a large nonstick pan over medium heat, melt butter.
  • Add the bites and cook for about 1 minute, or until golden brown.
  • Flip and repeat with the opposite side. Serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm on a platter with dipping sauces like salsa, ranch, or spicy aioli. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. To reheat, warm them up in a pan over low heat.
