  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count) Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened) Ensure cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • optional chopped pecans or orange zest for topping Optional for added flavor and texture.

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Unroll the dough and cut each triangle in half. Press into muffin cups.
  • Spoon in 1 tsp cream cheese filling, then 1 tsp cranberry sauce.
  • Top with nuts or zest if using.

Baking

  • Bake for 11–13 minutes or until golden. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These bites are best served warm and pair well with coffee or tea. Leftover bites can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 days. Reheat in the oven for a few minutes to restore flakiness.
