Ingredients
  

For the Bites

  • 1 sheet puff pastry or crescent rolls
  • 8 oz brie cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tsp orange zest (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
  • 1 ea egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out puff pastry and cut into small squares.
  • Press squares into a mini-muffin tin.
  • Add a cube of brie to each cup.
  • Top with cranberry sauce, orange zest, and rosemary if using.
  • Brush the edges with egg wash.

Baking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm, garnished with sprigs of rosemary or orange slices. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge; best within a few days. Can be reheated in the oven.
