Ingredients
  

Burger patties

  • 1.5 lb ground chuck Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken.
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can experiment with different cheeses.

Toppings and buns

  • 6 pieces Hamburger buns Toasted is recommended.
  • Lettuce Lettuce
  • Tomato Tomato Sliced for serving.
  • Mustard For serving.
  • Mayo For serving.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Use your hands or a sturdy spoon to mix them gently.
  • Form the mixture into 6 equal-sized hamburger patties. Create a small dimple in the center of each patty.

Cooking

  • Grill the patties over medium heat until desired doneness is reached. Avoid pressing down on the patties while grilling.
  • Let the burgers rest for a few minutes after grilling.

Serving

  • Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo.
  • Get creative with toppings such as pickles, onions, or avocado.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in a skillet or avoid moisture loss. Uncooked patties can be frozen for up to 3 months.
