  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Shred from a block for better melting.

  • 1/2 cup cooked corned beef, chopped Look for deli-style slices for the best texture.
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise For creaminess.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Add for flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper Season to taste.
  • 1 package mini pretzels For serving.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, soften the cream cheese completely with a spatula. Add the mayonnaise, garlic powder, and black pepper and stir until smooth and glossy.
  • Fold in the cheddar, green onions, and corned beef until evenly distributed.
  • Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 to 1.5 inches across.
  • Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them.

Baking

  • Bake for 15 minutes until warmed and slightly softened in the center.
  • Let the bites cool for 2–3 minutes, then serve warm with mini pretzels for scooping.

Notes

Store baked bites in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Can be frozen before baking for up to 3 months.
