Ingredients
  

Dressing Base

  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Use squeeze-bottle for easy measuring and less mess.
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar Can substitute with honey for a less processed option.
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar Look for unfiltered ACV for added depth.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Measure 1/2 cup Miracle Whip into a medium mixing bowl.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of white sugar to the bowl.
  • Whisk or stir vigorously until the sugar is fully incorporated and the mixture looks smooth and slightly glossy.
  • Pour 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar into the mixture.
  • Whisk briskly to combine until the dressing is pourable.

Dress the Cabbage

  • Place about 6 cups of shredded cabbage in a large bowl.
  • Pour the dressing over the cabbage evenly and toss until every shred is lightly coated.

Finish and Serve

  • Taste and adjust sweetness with more sugar or tartness with more vinegar.
  • Garnish with paprika if desired and serve immediately or chill.

Notes

For best texture, toss cabbage just before serving. Store leftover dressing in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
