Preparation

  • Preheat your oven and bake the brownies in a 9 x 13 pan according to the package instructions.
  • Once baked, let the brownies cool completely before cutting out two 6-inch circles.
  • Layer one brownie circle into a 6-inch springform pan, then spread one pint of ice cream over it.
  • Repeat the process with the second brownie circle and remaining ice cream.
  • Cover the springform pan with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer to harden for a few hours.
  • Before serving, remove from the freezer and let it sit for about 5 minutes to soften slightly.
  • Top with hot fudge sauce and any leftover brownie pieces for a delightful finishing touch.

Notes
