Preparing the Finger Foods

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry and cut it into strips.
  • For the mini sausage rolls, place a small sausage on one end of each strip of pastry and roll it up. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Clean the mushrooms for stuffing, remove the stems, and mix cream cheese with herbs and garlic. Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
  • Arrange various cheeses and crackers on a large platter and add some grapes or nuts for decoration.
  • Chop carrots, cucumbers, and bell peppers into sticks and serve with a creamy dip in the center.
  • Hard-boil eggs, slice them in half, and mix the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, and spices before spooning the mixture back into the egg whites.
  • Thread small pieces of deli meats and cheese onto skewers and add some cherry tomatoes or olives.
  • Whisk eggs with cream, cheese, and your choice of vegetables. Pour the mixture into muffin tins and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  • Boil shrimp and chill them, then serve with a tangy cocktail sauce.
