Ingredients
  

For the meatballs

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey Choose your preference of meat.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg Acts as a binder.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper To taste

For the sauce

  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet.

Sauce Preparation

  • In a small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and brown sugar.
  • Pour the cranberry sauce mixture over the meatballs on the baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through. Serve warm as an appetizer.

Notes

Serve garnished with fresh parsley or chives. Ideal for holiday parties and casual gatherings. Pair with toothpicks for effortless serving.
