Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (200 g)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted (115 g)

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened (450 g)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar (150 g)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (10 ml)

Topping

  • 2 medium apples peeled and chopped (about 250 g)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (2 g)
  • 2 tsp all-purpose flour (6 g)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce plus extra for drizzle (120 ml)
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) pan with parchment paper.
  • Step 2: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the pan and bake for 8 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  • Step 3: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the crust.
  • Step 4: Toss chopped apples with cinnamon, flour, and salt. Layer evenly over cheesecake mixture.
  • Step 5: Bake 35–40 minutes until the center is just set. Cool completely, drizzle with caramel sauce, and chill 2 hours before slicing.
