Crust
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (200 g)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted (115 g)
Filling
- 16 oz cream cheese softened (450 g)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar (150 g)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (10 ml)

- 2 medium apples peeled and chopped (about 250 g)
