Ingredients
  

  • 10 cups plain popped popcorn
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 to 1 ½ cups candy corn
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • A good pinch of salt
  • Optional: sprinkles nuts, or whatever you fancy

Instructions
 

  • Pop your popcorn and remove any un-popped kernels, then lay it out on a big baking sheet.
  • Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat, then add the marshmallows and stir until smooth.
  • Pour the melted mixture over your popcorn and stir to coat.
  • While warm, add in the candy corn and mini chocolate chips, then sprinkle with salt and toss gently.
  • Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the popcorn. Let it set or enjoy warm.
  • Break it up and serve as a snack.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. If it gets sticky, add fresh popcorn and stir gently.
