Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds cooked chicken breast, shredded (approximately 3 large breasts)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • cup ranch dressing
  • cup Frank's RedHot Buffalo sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Preparation

  • Set the oven temperature to 350°F (177°C) and allow it to fully preheat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend the shredded chicken breast, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese until fully incorporated.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly into a 1.5-quart baking dish and sprinkle the remaining ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

Baking

  • Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the surface cheese is lightly browned and the dip is bubbling along the edges.
  • Serve immediately while hot, accompanied by chips, carrot sticks, or celery as desired.

Notes

For a quicker preparation, consider using rotisserie chicken. Adjust the buffalo sauce based on your spice preference and add garlic powder or green onions for more flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container, and it can last up to three days.
