Preparation

  • Step 1: Cut the chicken breast into chunks, approximately 1.5 inches.
  • Step 2: In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, honey, and minced garlic until well combined.
  • Step 3: Toss the chicken pieces in the sauce until well-coated.
  • Step 4: Thread the chicken onto skewers, leaving space between the pieces.

Cooking

  • Step 5: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F to 450°F).
  • Step 6: Grill the skewers for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  • Step 7: Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes before grilling. Make sure to let the skewers rest after cooking for best moisture retention. Avoid overcrowding on skewers for even cooking.
