Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Cooked white or jasmine rice for serving
  • Sliced green onions for garnish
  • Chopped peanuts for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and add the chicken. Cook until golden and cooked through.
  • In another bowl, whisk together mayo, sriracha, honey, and vinegar.
  • Once chicken is cooked, toss it in the Bang Bang sauce.
  • Serve over rice and garnish with sliced green onions and peanuts.

Notes

Store chicken and sauce separately if making ahead to preserve crispiness.
