Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges, aiming for even sizes.
  • In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the wedges out in a single layer on a baking sheet for even baking.

Cooking

  • Bake the potato wedges for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through for extra crispiness.
  • If using cheese, sprinkle it on top in the last 5 minutes of baking.
  • Serve hot and enjoy the deliciousness!

Notes
