Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise down the center, creating a groove.
  • Gently pull apart the shell to expose the tender lobster meat.
  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, ensuring they are laid flat.

Making Garlic Butter

  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to form a mixture.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.
  • Sprinkle a dash of paprika on top for garnish.

Baking

  • Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and serve hot, garnished as desired.

Notes

To reheat leftovers, gently reheat in the oven at a low temperature. Avoid microwaving to prevent rubbery texture. Pair with garden salad or garlic bread.
