  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed Ensure fully thawed for easy handling.
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped Optional for added flavor.
  • 1 sprig Fresh rosemary, for garnish Optional.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
  • Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 12 equal squares. Press each square into the muffin cups.
  • Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of candied pecans (if using).

Baking

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Cool for 5 minutes, then top with a sprig of rosemary before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with wine and arrange on a platter with fresh herbs. For storage, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2–3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) before serving.
