Instructions
Cook bacon until crisp, drain, and crumble.
Scramble eggs with butter, salt, and pepper until just set.
Assemble quesadillas with eggs, bacon, and cheese between tortillas.
Cook in skillet over medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides.
Slice into quarters and serve with salsa or sour cream.
