  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts Trimmed and cut in half

Meat

  • 6 slices Bacon Chopped

Seasonings

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  • In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Chop the bacon and mix it in with the Brussels sprouts.
  • Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and the bacon is cooked.
  • Serve hot as a side dish.

Notes

For extra crunch, roast them a little longer. Adding Parmesan cheese or balsamic glaze enhances the flavor.
