Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Boneless Chicken Breasts trim excess fat
  • 2 large Eggs whisked
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese use fresh for best flavor
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs mix with parmesan for extra crunch
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning optional

Instructions
 

  • Pat the boneless chicken breasts dry.
  • Set up two shallow bowls: one for beaten eggs and another for the parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Dip each chicken piece in egg, then dredge in the parmesan-breadcrumb mixture, pressing to ensure it sticks.
  • Place the coated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Optionally spritz the tops with cooking spray.
  • Cook at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, and ensure it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
