Ingredients
  

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 4 scrambled eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Fill each tortilla with scrambled eggs, sausage crumbles, and shredded cheese.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly into burritos.
  • Lightly spray the burritos with cooking spray.
  • Place them in the air fryer and cook at 375°F for 6 to 8 minutes or until they are golden brown.

Notes

Serve hot with salsa, sour cream, or sliced avocado. Make sure not to overfill the tortillas.
