Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
  • fresh parsley or green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch dish.
  • Steam broccoli 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain well.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil, then whisk in cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic, and onion powder until smooth.
  • Add shredded chicken and broccoli, stir to coat.
  • Transfer mixture to baking dish, top with cheese and bacon.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish and serve.

Notes

Make it dairy-free with coconut cream and vegan cheese. Add jalapeños or paprika for spice. Great for meal prep!
