Ingredients

shredded cooked chicken breast

broccoli florets

olive oil or avocado oil

salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch dish.
Steam broccoli 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain well.
In a skillet, heat olive oil, then whisk in cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic, and onion powder until smooth.
Add shredded chicken and broccoli, stir to coat.
Transfer mixture to baking dish, top with cheese and bacon.
Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Make it dairy-free with coconut cream and vegan cheese. Add jalapeños or paprika for spice. Great for meal prep!
