Ingredients
  

  • 2 skin-on salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon white miso paste
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Green onions or sesame seeds for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix the miso paste, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and lemon juice together until smooth.
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry and rub with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, and sea salt over the salmon.
  • Smear the miso mixture on top of the salmon fillets.
  • Place the fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
  • Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • When the skin looks golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add quick-cooking veggies like asparagus or zucchini in the basket with the salmon.
