Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and coat it with olive oil.
  • In a bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
  • Rub the spice mix evenly on both sides of the chicken breasts.
  • Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, lightly spray the chicken with cooking oil before air frying. Adjust cooking time based on thickness.
