Description
A sweet and fun fall treat that combines the salty crunch of popcorn with the iconic sweetness of candy corn, perfect for movie nights, parties, and Halloween festivities.

- 10 cups plain popped popcorn
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 to 1 ½ cups candy corn
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- A good pinch of salt
- Optional: sprinkles, nuts, or whatever you fancy
Instructions
- Pop your popcorn and remove any un-popped kernels, then lay it out on a big baking sheet.
- Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat, then add the marshmallows and stir until smooth.
- Pour the melted mixture over your popcorn and stir to coat.
- While warm, add in the candy corn and mini chocolate chips, then sprinkle with salt and toss gently.
- Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the popcorn. Let it set or enjoy warm.
- Break it up and serve as a snack.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. If it gets sticky, add fresh popcorn and stir gently.
