Description

A quick and flavorful chicken bowl with crispy chicken tossed in a creamy, spicy Bang Bang sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Cooked white or jasmine rice, for serving
  • Sliced green onions, for garnish
  • Chopped peanuts, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and add the chicken. Cook until golden and cooked through.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together mayo, sriracha, honey, and vinegar.
  4. Once chicken is cooked, toss it in the Bang Bang sauce.
  5. Serve over rice and garnish with sliced green onions and peanuts.

Notes

Store chicken and sauce separately if making ahead to preserve crispiness.
