A quick and flavorful chicken bowl with crispy chicken tossed in a creamy, spicy Bang Bang sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Cooked white or jasmine rice, for serving
- Sliced green onions, for garnish
- Chopped peanuts, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a skillet and add the chicken. Cook until golden and cooked through.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayo, sriracha, honey, and vinegar.
- Once chicken is cooked, toss it in the Bang Bang sauce.
- Serve over rice and garnish with sliced green onions and peanuts.
Notes
Store chicken and sauce separately if making ahead to preserve crispiness.
