Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Honey (use pure honey for best flavor)
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce (low-sodium option is good)
  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic (fresh is best, but garlic powder works)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil (for greasing the dish)
  • 1 teaspoon Optional Ginger (grated, for extra zing)

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken thighs in a bowl or zip bag with honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil for at least 30 minutes (overnight is better).
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  3. Place chicken thighs skin-side up in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour leftover marinade over the chicken.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until juices run clear.
  6. For crispy skin, broil for the last 3 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning.
  7. Spoon sauce over chicken before serving.

Notes
