- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- 1 tablespoon plain yogurt or buttermilk (optional)
Instructions
- In a zip-top bag, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add chicken breasts and marinate for 30-60 minutes in the fridge.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
- Pat chicken breasts dry and place them smooth side down on the grill.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, flipping once, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing.
