Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt or buttermilk (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a zip-top bag, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Add chicken breasts and marinate for 30-60 minutes in the fridge.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
  4. Pat chicken breasts dry and place them smooth side down on the grill.
  5. Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, flipping once, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing.
