Ingredients
- Mushrooms (white button or cremini)
- Shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella)
- Garlic powder
- Cream cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Breadcrumbs
- Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms by wiping them down and chop or halve them if they are large.
- In a bowl, mix shredded cheeses, cream cheese, garlic powder, a drizzle of olive oil, and seasoning.
- Coat the mushrooms with the cheese mixture, forming small clusters or bite-sized piles.
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and air fry for an additional 2 minutes until crunchy.
Notes
