Description

Quick and easy cheesy air fryer mushroom bites that make the ultimate snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • Mushrooms (white button or cremini)
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella)
  • Garlic powder
  • Cream cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms by wiping them down and chop or halve them if they are large.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded cheeses, cream cheese, garlic powder, a drizzle of olive oil, and seasoning.
  3. Coat the mushrooms with the cheese mixture, forming small clusters or bite-sized piles.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and air fry for an additional 2 minutes until crunchy.
