Instructions
- Husk and clean the corn, removing any silks.
- Decide whether to freeze whole ears or halved.
- If blanching, boil corn for 3 minutes, then shock in ice water.
- Pat the corn dry.
- Wrap each ear tightly in plastic wrap or foil.
- Place wrapped corn in a freezer bag, removing as much air as possible.
- Label the bag with the date before storing it in the freezer.
