Description
Delicious and easy grilled chicken skewers marinated with ranch seasoning, garlic, and parmesan cheese, perfect for BBQs or weeknight dinners.

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Optional: 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces, ranch seasoning, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese.
- Add olive oil and lemon juice, and optionally Greek yogurt or milk. Mix well.
- Let the mixture marinate for at least 25 minutes (up to overnight in the fridge).
- Thread chicken onto skewers, soaking wooden ones if necessary.
- Preheat grill to medium-high and grill skewers for 5 to 7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Brush remaining marinade on skewers while grilling to enhance flavor.
Notes
For a crispy texture, add extra parmesan cheese on top before grilling. Pair with rice, quinoa, or roasted veggies for a complete meal.
