- 1–2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped

- Juice of 1 big lime

- Optional: splash of olive oil
Instructions
- Combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a big mixing bowl.
- Mix using a spoon or your hands, tasting and adjusting lime and salt as needed.
- Let the salsa sit for 10-15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
Salsa tastes best on day one but improves overnight. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. For a spicier kick, adjust the number of jalapeños or add chili flakes.
