- 2–4 large russet potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Scrub potatoes well and pat dry.
- Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket spaced out.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 35-45 minutes.
- Flip the potatoes halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
- Let rest for a minute before cutting open.
Notes
For best results, don’t skip the oil and let the potatoes rest before slicing.
