Description

Quick and easy air fryer baked potatoes that are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.


Ingredients

  • 24 large russet potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Scrub potatoes well and pat dry.
  2. Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Place potatoes in the air fryer basket spaced out.
  4. Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 35-45 minutes.
  5. Flip the potatoes halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
  6. Let rest for a minute before cutting open.

Notes

For best results, don’t skip the oil and let the potatoes rest before slicing.
