Description

Quick and easy air fryer baked garlic parmesan potatoes that are crispy, flavorful, and perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 23 medium Russet Potatoes (or baby potatoes for bite-sized goodness)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (adjust based on preference)
  • 34 cloves Garlic (minced or 12 teaspoons garlic powder)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated, freshly grated for best flavor)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized chunks.
  2. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese, mixing with hands.
  3. Spread the coated potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 17-20 minutes, shaking the basket 1-2 times during cooking.
  5. When done, empty onto a plate and serve immediately.

Notes
