- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended)

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, and diced jalapenos until mixed.
- Roll the mixture into balls about the size of a fat cherry or walnut.
- Roll each ball in flour, then dip in whisked eggs, and coat in breadcrumbs.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the balls until crispy and golden, turning to ensure even cooking.
- Let them rest on paper towels before serving.
