- 2 large Eggs (whisked)
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (use fresh for best flavor)
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs (mix with parmesan for extra crunch)
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Pat the boneless chicken breasts dry.
- Set up two shallow bowls: one for beaten eggs and another for the parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Dip each chicken piece in egg, then dredge in the parmesan-breadcrumb mixture, pressing to ensure it sticks.
- Place the coated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Optionally spritz the tops with cooking spray.
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, and ensure it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
