  • 1 pound Boneless Chicken Breasts (trim excess fat)
  • 2 large Eggs (whisked)
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (use fresh for best flavor)
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs (mix with parmesan for extra crunch)
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the boneless chicken breasts dry.
  2. Set up two shallow bowls: one for beaten eggs and another for the parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Dip each chicken piece in egg, then dredge in the parmesan-breadcrumb mixture, pressing to ensure it sticks.
  4. Place the coated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Optionally spritz the tops with cooking spray.
  5. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, and ensure it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
