Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Butter or non-stick spray, for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, chopped onions, and sliced bell peppers until softened and caramelized. Drain off excess grease.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

  5. Smother the top with provolone, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.
