Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub olive oil, salt, and pepper onto the chicken breasts.
- Add lemon zest and dried herbs under the skin.
- Stuff garlic cloves under the skin if desired.
- Place the chicken on a rimmed sheet pan.
