- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, toss the sliced apples with lemon juice, then spread them evenly in a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine brown sugar, rolled oats, flour, cinnamon, melted butter, and salt to create the streusel topping.
- Sprinkle the streusel mixture over the apples evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.

Notes
