Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced apples
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the sliced apples with lemon juice, then spread them evenly in a greased baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine brown sugar, rolled oats, flour, cinnamon, melted butter, and salt to create the streusel topping.

Notes
