Ingredients

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 4 scrambled eggs
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbles
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Fill each tortilla with scrambled eggs, sausage crumbles, and shredded cheese.
- Roll the tortillas tightly into burritos.
- Lightly spray the burritos with cooking spray.
- Place them in the air fryer and cook at 375°F for 6 to 8 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Notes
Serve hot with salsa, sour cream, or sliced avocado. Make sure not to overfill the tortillas.
