Description

A quick and easy way to enjoy a crispy and flavorful breakfast burrito made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 4 scrambled eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Fill each tortilla with scrambled eggs, sausage crumbles, and shredded cheese.
  2. Roll the tortillas tightly into burritos.
  3. Lightly spray the burritos with cooking spray.
  4. Place them in the air fryer and cook at 375°F for 6 to 8 minutes or until they are golden brown.

Notes

Serve hot with salsa, sour cream, or sliced avocado. Make sure not to overfill the tortillas.
