Description

A quick and delicious air fryer salmon recipe that guarantees crispy skin and a juicy center in just 15 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 skin-on salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon white miso paste
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Green onions or sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the miso paste, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and lemon juice together until smooth.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and rub with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, and sea salt over the salmon.
  4. Smear the miso mixture on top of the salmon fillets.
  5. Place the fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
  6. Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  7. When the skin looks golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add quick-cooking veggies like asparagus or zucchini in the basket with the salmon.
