- 2 skin-on salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon white miso paste
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Squeeze of lemon
- Green onions or sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the miso paste, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and lemon juice together until smooth.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and rub with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, and sea salt over the salmon.
- Smear the miso mixture on top of the salmon fillets.
- Place the fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- When the skin looks golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add quick-cooking veggies like asparagus or zucchini in the basket with the salmon.
