Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and coat it with olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
  4. Rub the spice mix evenly on both sides of the chicken breasts.
  5. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
