Description

A quick and easy dinner made with chicken sausage and a variety of crisp vegetables, all cooked to perfection in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2-3 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken sausages and vegetables with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot, adding additional herbs or cheese if desired.
